RETURN POLICY:


Do you have anything you'd like to give back? It is not a concern. However, you must adhere to all of our return policies, which are listed below, and return the item(s) in brand-new condition, exactly as you received them. Our customer service team would be happy to help you with any manufacturer warranties for the numerous brands we carry. It is not possible to return anything that has been "tried" or "put through its paces" because it is deemed used. All returns and exchanges have to be in brand-new, unused condition.

 

Outside of the United States, orders are only exchangeable; refunds are not offered. All costs associated with shipping products internationally are borne by the purchaser. Check out our Shipping FAQs.

 

Exchanges can be made for up to 90 days. You must create and print a Return Authorization (RA) document for every swap. We will mail the replacement items to you once we receive the original item (s). All items being exchanged must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

 

REFUND POLICY:

 

Our return policy lasts 90 days. You must create and print a Return Authorization (RA) document for every swap. Please confirm that the item is brand-new and that the original tags are still on it. Your refund requests had to be submitted to us within 15 days of the RA document's date. You can no longer return an item after the 15-day window has passed; your only options are a merchandise exchange or store credit. Every delivery must have a return authorization document that is both visible and inside. A return could be rejected or sent back to you at your expense if it lacks a RA number.

 

 

RESTORING CHARGE:


If you think a product shipped  was faulty or damaged in transit, please get in touch with customer service. Please remember that you must call us right away if there is a problem with your order after it has been delivered.


If you believe your product is compromised. Please allow us to send you a replacement. Any products that the customer has harmed or worn out are not our responsibility. The customer is responsible for all costs if we receive the returned item and discover that it is not damaged.
